Before making any bookings or purchases, please read the Privacy Terms carefully. The conditions of privacy listed below apply only to show bookings.
1. Confirmation of booking is not accepted without advance payment.
2. Which artist will be selected for your performance, the company decides after confirming the advance payment.
3. After payment in advance, as per requirement, you will be able to have a phone conversation with the artist specified for your performance.
4. Change in booking date will be accepted up to 24 hours in advance. In case of inconvenience, the date of booking is not changed.
5. Changes in scheduled presentation time will be accepted up to 12 hours prior to the date of booking. Approx 50 bookings per day are pre-scheduled, so the presentation time will not be changed in case of inconvenience.
6. In case of any emergency or accident or deterioration of health, demise of any artist or their family member, the Company may postponed the booking at any time. In this situation, your advance payment will be safe with the company, and this amount can be fully utilized in future.
7. The performance will have to start in the next 1 hour from the time you have set, and in the next 1 hour after that the artist will finish the show completely. If it is not completed within 2 hours, the company has the right to impose additional penalty on the booking amount.
8. The artist whose performance is confirmed, and that artist is not able to perform due to any reason, then the company can send a higher quality artist to perform your performance.
9. If the guest / spectator who came to the party during the performance damages the artist’s belongings, props etc., then the compensation will be added to the balance payment.
10. No changes will be accepted in the booking after the booking is confirmed. If possible, the company’s executive will give information on whether to make changes or not.
11. No entertainment activities will be added to the booking during the on-going show.
12. In case the distance of service area is not conducive to the service provided by the company, the conveyance charge will be added separately on the booking amount.
13. If the artist has to come to your city by traveling by bus, rail or flight, then it will be your full responsibility to receive the artist to the venue and drop him/her back to the Bus Stand, Railway Station or Airport. The company does not pay its cost.
14. Apart from Service providing City, you will be solely responsible for arranging the artist’s accommodation and refreshments, Meal. During this, if the artist feels any kind of discomfort, the artist can return without performing. Talk to our executive in this regard.
15. Please note that we only provide presentation ie the layout of the presentation completely depends on the level of the stage and its grandeur, music setup, mic system, atmosphere of the ceremony, lighting and mood or understanding of the audience/guests and their seating arrangements provided by you.
16. The artist present on the stage is responsible for the entertainment of the guests sitting in front, so if the performance is affected due to any kind of other adverse activities, then the artist or the company is not responsible for it.
17. Only artist and their props are brought from our side for presentation, it is your responsibility to arrange music system, mic setup, backdrop, light, sound. If the arrangement of these devices is not as per our requirement, the brightness of the presentation may decrease.
18. It is mandatory to pay the balance amount of the booking before the commencement of the presentation. The performance setup will not be started without payment of the balance amount.
19. Our service is pan India, so there may be delays in reaching the venue due to traffic jams, accidents, route change, vehicle breakdown, artist or driver’s any kind of health/personal issues. The company or the artist is not responsible for this.
20. The beauty of the presentation depends on the response of the audience, we try to give the best presentation, yet if your audience / guest does not give full response then there is no responsibility of the artist.
21. If you have any specific requirement then let us know first. According to your request, our executive committee will advise you about the best presentation. No specific request will be accepted after the booking is confirmed. This decision rests with the company.
22. In case of any kind of misbehavior or abusive activity/behavior by any artist, immediately inform the company executive over phone call. The company will take immediate action.
23. In addition to the ticket rate fixed for the school, an additional fee will be added to the booking price. Company executives confirm this over the phone call during booking.
24. The fixed rate of all booking tickets depends on the number of guests / spectators who attended the function, i.e. the price of the fixed booking ticket may be increased according to the increase in the number of guests / spectators.
25. Confirmation of booking will not be accepted without making 50% advance payment.
26. After doing all the booking related talks over the phone call, if the advance payment is not made within half an hour, the booking will be considered completely pending, so in case of late payment in advance do not forget to check the availability of the selected artist/performance again.
27. The advance payment is divided into three parts as soon as the show or services are booked:
(i) Artist’s account
(ii) Show/Service handling charge
(iii) When you contact us, during this time Google charges us a fixed fee, so as soon as the advance payment is made, a fixed fee is sent to Google and related marketing agencies for the advertising purpose of the company, so that more number of people can get service from us.
Hence we advise you to leave your advance payment as a safe deposit with us in case you postpone or cancel your booking. At any time in the future, you can make full use of the money by making any booking. Or if you want you to be refunded, then you will get the money back after deducting it. Talk to our executive board about this.
